As a key member of our C-Suite Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global policy shapers to identify emerging paradigms. Your work will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and position us as the undisputed leader in next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning framework, identifying 15+ emerging paradigms across quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI autonomy
- Lead cross-functional task forces comprising 20+ engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype future-state solutions
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with 5+ academic institutions and government agencies to secure early-stage innovation access
- Author the annual 'InnovateNext 2026 Manifesto' - our definitive guide to future-proofing business models
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-state roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-Suite and Board audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-facing innovations
