As a key member of our Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and quantum computing. You'll have the autonomy to design proprietary forecasting models and present findings at international conferences, positioning our organization as a thought leader in tomorrow's innovation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare and finance sectors
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author quarterly foresight reports distributed to 500+ industry stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in quantitative forecasting and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences (portfolio required)
- Published author in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience advising C-level executives in technology-driven industries
