Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio, tracking ROI and iterating based on performance metrics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership
