Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing with 10+ years experience

- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech trends: quantum advantage, synthetic biology, and ambient computing
