Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy using advanced scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and board members
- Quantify innovation ROI using advanced analytics and predictive modeling
- Oversee the development of Horizon Dynamics' 2026 technology ecosystem
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
