Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for the 2026 Initiative, identifying technological inflection points and market opportunities
- Architect human-AI collaborative frameworks ensuring ethical alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Develop predictive models for quantum computing applications in healthcare and climate solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-vision into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Present findings to global stakeholders including G7 innovation councils and Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology ethicists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record translating emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies with published case studies in high-impact journals
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies (Asilomar AI Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Experience engaging with regulatory bodies (FDA, FCC, international ethics committees)
- Fluency in predictive modeling tools (System Dynamics, Agent-Based Modeling) and visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for C-suite and public audiences
