Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published work in futurism or technology strategy (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and tools
