Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce executive-ready insights reports and presentations on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling tools
- Advise senior leadership on emerging threats and competitive advantages in the 2026 landscape
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals preferred
