Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term business goals with emerging tech trends.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on future market trends (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to translate strategic vision into technical feasibility and execution plans.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on future projects and secure necessary resources for innovation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and report on progress to the C-suite.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies and rapid market changes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or high-impact product launches.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Quantum Computing trends leading into 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
