Responsibilities
- Process and input complex datasets with 99.8% accuracy across multiple platforms
- Validate and reconcile discrepancies in financial, inventory, and customer records
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and analytics dashboards
- Implement data quality protocols and process improvements
- Train junior staff on data entry standards and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with IT and department heads on system upgrades

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience in regulated industries
