Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize algorithms for high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and implement feature engineering strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and integrate breakthrough technologies into our stack.
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
