Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core distributed architecture for the Year 2026 Simulation engine, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating advanced AI models with legacy simulation frameworks.
- Oversee database design and data migration strategies to handle petabyte-scale simulation data.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UI/UX designers, and product managers to define roadmap deliverables.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Rust, Go, or Python.
