Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 platform release, ensuring scalability and security.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems and microservices architecture using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond latency for global users.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to articulate complex architectural decisions.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into the core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Integration: Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
