Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure optimized for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring novel AI architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize algorithms for latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency in real-time environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
