Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment and scaling of generative AI models across enterprise platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on future tech trends to identify competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI usage and data privacy.
- Manage a budget for experimental AI projects and R&D initiatives.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers on advanced AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Strategic Technology.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
