Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for Nexus Horizon, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents into core product workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning architectures.
