Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to prototype and validate breakthrough AI technologies.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI paradigms, including neural architecture search and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Legal) to ensure AI safety, compliance, and user-centric design.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders, securing buy-in for ambitious 2026 milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
