- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring our 2026 vision aligns with global ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead R&D initiatives to test cutting-edge technologies, validating their viability before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML strategy and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and predictive analytics.
