Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
