Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Design and implement novel algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate research into production-ready products.
- Publish high-impact papers and contribute to the open-source community.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
