Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of novel deep learning architectures and algorithms.
- Conduct high-level research to identify new AI methodologies and integrate them into our core products.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research findings into deployable, high-performance models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest academic papers and industry trends in NLP and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong publication record in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Experience with distributed training systems and large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Ray).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
