Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Lead the architecture of scalable neural network models tailored for edge computing and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers) to define the 2026 technical roadmap.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, speed, and reliability under high load.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum hardware, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance to ensure our technology remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
