Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models.
- Quantum Integration: Research and prototype quantum computing algorithms to integrate into our existing quantum readiness infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling massive data workloads.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption across the organization.
- R&D Oversight: Stay abreast of the latest trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Quantum computing to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and delivering innovative solutions on time and within budget.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments and leading sprint planning and retrospectives.
