Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Quantum Algorithm Development: Lead the research and development of quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems currently out of reach for classical computing.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and neural networks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce latency.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-level technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
