Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize core machine learning algorithms, focusing on generative models and quantum simulation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate cutting-edge quantum hardware with cloud-based neural network frameworks.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging trends in AI and quantum mechanics to ensure our technology remains relevant for the decade ahead.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced neural networks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, undefined technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
