Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, specifically targeting the technology stack of 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in MLOps and model training.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
