Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and Generative AI pipelines.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring robust and scalable infrastructure.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput inference environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data science and MLOps.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
