In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will work on cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs), optimize inference speeds for edge devices, and ensure our AI systems are robust, transparent, and ethically aligned.

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art transformer models for high-volume inference.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency and energy efficiency on diverse hardware.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and AI ethics.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
