Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and deployment strategies on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to solve complex real-world problems.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for high-volume applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production-ready models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, and familiarity with Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ethical AI development.
