Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs and generative AI.
- Optimize existing inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including reinforcement learning and multimodal systems.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reproducibility, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of the engineering team.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
