Responsibilities
- Model Architecture & Training: Design, train, and fine-tune complex deep learning and NLP models, specifically focusing on LLMs and generative AI architectures.
- MLOps & Deployment: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining in production environments.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and accuracy, ensuring high-performance results for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI development within the team.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and evaluate their applicability to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, with strong experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and debug high-scale distributed systems.
