Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI Roadmap: Design the end-to-end infrastructure strategy for deploying next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Scalability Optimization: Implement high-performance computing (HPC) solutions to handle petabyte-scale data streams with zero-latency inference.
- Cloud & Edge Integration: Lead the migration and optimization of AI workloads across hybrid cloud environments and edge computing nodes.
- System Reliability: Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain 99.99% uptime for critical AI services.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cost Efficiency: Continuously optimize resource allocation to reduce infrastructure costs by 20%+ annually.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years specifically in AI infrastructure and MLOps.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, distributed systems capable of handling massive concurrent loads.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments with rapid iteration cycles.
