Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of elite engineers and data scientists in developing cutting-edge predictive AI models.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum, Neural Interfaces) and assess their viability for immediate integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for long-term R&D projects.
- Establish ethical frameworks and safety protocols for advanced AI deployment in critical sectors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning architectures, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of managing complex, long-term R&D projects with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
