Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and lead the execution of the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and automation.
- Technical Leadership: Architect and oversee the development of complex, high-performance machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical reviews.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency for enterprise-grade deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
