Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the definition and execution of the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning AI initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Advanced Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and driving technical excellence within the R&D department.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a senior AI or architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and delivering technical strategies that drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
