The Impact You Will Make
• Architect and deploy scalable AI models targeting next-gen compute standards.
• Lead the integration of autonomous AI agents into core enterprise ecosystems.

• Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and optimize deep learning models (Transformers, Diffusion, GANs) for low-latency inference in edge environments.
- Agentic Systems: Build autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, tool use, and multi-step planning without human intervention.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging 2026 tech trends, such as Neuromorphic computing and synthetic data generation.
- Production MLOps: Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and apply them to business solutions.
