Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale machine learning models designed for the 2026 market landscape.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in real-time environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP architectures and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with MLOps tools and large-scale data pipeline management.
