Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals and operating systems.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets in our CRM system.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred).
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
