Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Agents: Design and implement the core logic for multi-agent systems capable of complex reasoning and task execution.
- LLM Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- System Evaluation: Build robust evaluation frameworks (RLHF, Red Teaming) to ensure the safety and reliability of AI agents before deployment.
- API Development: Develop scalable APIs to integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows and third-party applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research Implementation: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing the latest research findings from top AI conferences into production systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Software Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Modeling: Experience with fine-tuning models using PEFT, LoRA, or full-parameter methods.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize performance under latency constraints.
