Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize complex machine learning models for production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing novel techniques such as Transformers and diffusion models.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment via MLOps pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Tune models for low latency and high throughput on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related field.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Tools: Strong understanding of MLOps, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
