Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model training, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to drive product innovation.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high performance and low latency in real-time applications.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI, adhering to strict data privacy and bias mitigation standards.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning tools.
- Track record of shipping complex ML products to production environments.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
