- Optimize Neural Networks: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large language models and neural networks for high-performance applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
