Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on scalable neural network architectures and next-gen machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale language models and computer vision systems in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to drive performance improvements and reduce model latency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
