Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting next-gen applications and user demands.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Define Technical Strategy: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead high-level code reviews and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure systems are optimized for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for AI governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical teams and defining long-term product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Deep expertise in solving complex scalability and algorithmic challenges.
