Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural architectures for next-gen AI applications.
- Lead research initiatives focused on General AI (AGI), Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum-ML integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the 2026 product cycle.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented data scientists and engineers.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for edge devices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
