Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead the technical strategy for 'Project 2026', ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation targets.
- Optimize existing neural network models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into core applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning, NLP, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Deep experience in designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models serving millions of requests.
