Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architecture strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with 2026-era technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
