Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer solutions to reduce inference latency and maximize throughput for real-time AI applications.
- Research & Development: Prototype cutting-edge algorithms focusing on emergent capabilities like reasoning and planning.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of AI models into production environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Vision: Strong track record of researching and implementing future-forward technologies relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
