Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior developers to debug code, fix errors, and optimize website performance.
- Update and maintain existing company websites to ensure high functionality and user experience.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to improve search engine rankings for clients in Columbus and California.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and team meetings to communicate progress and challenges.
- Learn and implement new web technologies and digital marketing trends under mentorship.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and a strong desire to learn web development skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.
