Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 product vision, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, system audits, and performance optimization to ensure high availability.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Neural Networks) and integrate them where applicable.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-traffic applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
